Luncheons

The cost of the Luncheon:
 $43 for members and $48 for each guest.

Luncheons are held at the Country Club at Wakefield Plantation located at 2201 Wakefield Plantation Drive; Raleigh, NC 27614. Contact Sherry Patti at wwclub.reservations@gmail.com if you have any questions.

WWC monthly luncheons are held on the second Wednesday of each month and are very popular. Because of the physical space limitations of the Clubhouse we would like to emphasize our attendance rules for these events:
 

• Guests may attend any WWC function two times. Afterwards the guest must decide to join the WWC to continue enjoying our activities.
• All reservations and payment  for your luncheon reservation must be  received by 5:00 pm on the Wednesday before the luncheon. The WWC regrets that reservations delivered after the deadline cannot be honored.
• Walk-ins on the day of the luncheon cannot be accepted.
• All luncheons begin at 11:15 (unless otherwise indicated). This gives members 30 minutes to socialize before beginning our event. Luncheons typically end by 1:30 pm, after completion of our guest speaker.
• Please respect our speakers by refraining from conversation and by silencing your cell phone during the presentation.

Cancellations:  

• Cancellations must be received by 11:00 am on the Thursday prior to the luncheon to receive full credit.
• After Thursday @ 11:00 am, if you need to cancel your reservation please email (wwclub.reservations@gmail.com)  or call Sherry Patti.  

Weather Conditions: 

If a luncheon or other event at The Country Club at Wakefield Plantation is cancelled due to weather or other conditions at no charge to WWC, we will apply your reservation payment for that event to a future luncheon or you can request a refund. However, in the event that the country club does not cancel an event we regret that we are unable to refund or reapply the payment, since the country club will still charge WWC for that luncheon or event.
